For 1 cup
Rough Grind Coffee Powder: 18㌘ (about the size of a sesame seed)
Hot water 250cc(㌘) at 95℃ or higher
(1) Pour 50cc of hot water slowly over the entire coffee powder (let it steep for 30 seconds).
(2) Pour 50 cc of hot water slowly (wait 10 seconds)
(3) Slowly pour 50 cc of hot water (wait up to 1 minute and 30 seconds)
Pour 50 cc of hot water slowly (wait 10 seconds)
Pour 50 cc of hot water slowly and wait until the coffee is completely poured out (about 2 minutes and 30 seconds).
Wait until the coffee is completely drained (about 2 minutes and 30 seconds to 3 minutes and 30 seconds).
The resulting coffee should be approximately 200 cc to 22 cc.
