Please grind as coarsely as possible.
We recommend the same grain size as the pen tip.
Put the the desired amount of very-coarse ground coffee of beans in the filter, pour in enough hot water to soak the beans, and let the beans steep for 30 seconds.
Then pour hot water into the filter in five or six batches over a period of about four minutes.
The more hot water in the filter, the faster the extraction.
The higher the volume of hot water in the filter, the faster the extraction speed.
