(3)How to pour hot water <steaming>
Put a standard amount of beans the desired amount of very-coarse ground coffee, pour in enough hot water to cover the beans, and let the beans steep for about 30 seconds.
4) Pouring hot water (extraction)
After that, pour hot water into the filter in 4 to 5 times over a period of about 3-4 minutes. The more hot water in the filter, the faster the extraction.
